April Rose Camellias (Camellia japonica 'April Rose') is a lush evergreen shrub with large, formal double blooms.
Camellias thrive in part-shade, and many varieties (though not all) bloom Camellia 'April Rose' in cooler late winter/early spring conditions, when your garden or landscape can otherwise lack foliage and color. They are great when used in borders or hedges, but can be used as specimens in some landscape designs.
